The mentally unstable man who is alleged to have killed one Ahmed Yakubu has also been found dead. His body was found at Dansoman market in Accra on Monday. It is not clear as to what or who killed him. However, he was found in the midst of stones, sticks, rubble and other items suggesting he might have been pummeled and stoned to death. The Upper East Regional Minister, Ms Paulina Tangoba Abayage, has inspected ongoing developmental projects being undertaken by the government in some districts of the region to assess the progress of work. Former presiding Bishop of the Methodist Church of Ghana, Most Reverend Titus Awotwi Pratt, has stated the country’s security services are “full of puppets” of the ruling government who are not able to fight crime.
