The Ashaiman Divisional Domestic Violence and Victims Support Unit (DOVVSU) has arrested a middle-aged man, who broke the head of his 6-year-old niece with an iron rod for defaecating on herself.  Information gathered by Media General revealed a patrol team in Ashaiman arrested the suspect Friday night but released him with no statement taken.
