Tampulmas in the North Gonja District of the Northern Region who fled their homes in the January 13 night attack have started returning.  But they arrived to neither food nor shelter and their homes razed down. “We heard gunshots so we ran out, we saw houses on fire, we got the children and ran with them,” a victim narrated to 3news.com. The Ashanti Regional Police Command has arrested three suspected armed robbers involved in series of robberies around the Nkawie and Nyinahin enclave in the Ashanti region. The Komenda Edina Eguafo-Abrem (KEEA) Municipal Assembly in the Central Region has fined five persons, including an Assembly Member, for an open defecation at beach. The five were not taken to court for prosecution but were fined GHS450.00 each by the Municipal Assembly.
