The Northern Electricity Distribution Company (NEDCo), has restored power to Dohanayuli, a suburb of Tamale in the Northern Region that was cut off due to an attack on its officials. This comes after the power distribution company refused to rectify problems on two transformers that have been down since Wednesday, July 5 2017 following down pour within the metropolis. The restoration however coincided with the serving of summons by bailiffs from the Tamale Circuit Court on 20 persons cited for illegal power connection.
