The Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC) says it has no hand in the determination of the salaries of the chief executives of para-statal institutions. A former deputy Finance Minister, Cassiel Ato Forson, says the allocation of GHC1.576 billion by the government to the District Assembly Common Fund in the 2017 budget is in clear breach of Ghana’s constitution.
