Gender Minister lauded for sanctioning School Feeding Coordinator

Cynthia Morrison[/caption] The Minister of Gender, Children and Social Protection, Cynthia Morrison has been commended for her tough stance against corruption. In spite of pressure from some elements at the presidency to cover up “fictitious” deals ongoing at the Ghana School Feeding Programme, the minister took the bull by the horn and suspended the Coordinator of the programme. Investigations by the National Security uncover that the Coordinator Dr. Kwame Adu-Nsiah paid some caterers for no work done and also added non-existing schools to list of beneficiaries. This approach by the minister is in the right direction for the image of the government in fighting against any form of corruption.
