The Vice President of Ghana, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia welcomed the Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte to Ghana as the latter begins a two-day visit from November 30 to December 1.
As the first of a Dutch Prime Minister to Ghana, Mr Rutte is hopeful of reaffirming and further strengthening the excellent relations between the two countries.
