Three Ghanaians have been injured in the renewed xenophobic attacks on foreigners in South Africa, Ghana’s Foreign Affairs Ministry has announced. Though details on the nature of injury were not given in the statement issued a while ago, the Ministry said Ghana’s Mission in Pretoria, South Africa, is working to give the three persons “the necessary medical attention”. Fifty students from Ghana were among 1,600 students from Asia, Africa, and South America to successfully complete the annual AgroStudies project in Israel on Monday, September 2. The AgroStudies training is a joint project organized by Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Agriculture.
