The 470 megawatts Krandeniz Powership Osman Khan on Thursday arrived at the anchorage of the Home Port of the Western Naval Command at Sekondi in the Western Region. The powership propelled itself from Tema to the Western Region. The powership was moored to its jetty within the navel command where it will be connected to 10 kilometer marine and onshore gas pipeline from the metering station of the Ghana National Gas Company. North Korea has rejected any further talks with South Korea, calling its decision “completely the fault of South Korea’s actions”. It issued a statement in response to a speech by South Korea President Moon Jae-in on Thursday. Glofert Limited, a wholly owned Ghanaian company, was commissioned at Asuboi in the Eastern Region under the One-District One-Factory (1D1F) Programme. The factory has an ultra-modern fertiliser blending plant with the capacity to produce 2,400 metric tonnes of fertiliser per day to improve crop production and ensure food security in Ghana.
