A forensic examination is scheduled to be conducted on the human remains discovered and retrieved from a sewage tank behind the home of the key suspect in the three kidnapped Takoradi girls’ case. A preliminary analysis of global temperature data for July suggests it may have “marginally” become the warmest month on record. Figures from the first 29 days of a month in which many countries had heatwaves are “on a par” or slightly higher than a record set in July 2016. Sudan’s ruling military council and main opposition coalition have agreed on a constitutional declaration which will pave the way for a new period of transitional government. African Union mediator Mohamed Hassan Lebatt made the announcement early on Saturday, without giving any details. A 23-year-old man has been found dead in a bush at Nkubem, a suburb of Koforidua in the Eastern Region, in what is suspected to be suicide. The lifeless body of Alex Oduro was found Saturday morning tied with a rope around his neck to a branch of a tree, behind the walls of the Central Tabernacle branch of the Church of Pentecost. The police have retrieved skeletons suspected to be human body parts of the three missing Takoradi girls. The body parts were found in a septic tank behind the house of the key suspect, Samuel Udoetek-Wills. According to an eyewitness who spoke to 3news.com, a team of police officers  believed to have travelled from Accra visited the place with the suspect, emptied the septic tank and retrieved some skeletons.
