A floating headless body, suspected to be that of a man, has been retrieved from the Kwamaa River at Asankragua in the Wassa Amenfi West District of the Western Region. The decomposed body was discovered by some young women floating in the river on Sunday at a point near a refuse dump. A local reporter a Asankragua Micheal Assan told Takoradi-based Connect FM that the body has decomposed beyond recognition. The Ghana Armed Force (GAF) says it has not detained the body of the military officer who died in a car crash with Ghanaian dancehall artiste Ebony last Thursday.
