The Federation of Muslim Councils (FMC) says it is in no doubt that homosexuality remains an abominable subject (Haram), and has called on Parliament to make the offence punishable by law in Ghana. The MTN Ghana Foundation would in 2018 support 300 students at the tertiary level to pay their fees for their four-year degree program.
