Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has been injured in a car crash in Amsterdam, hours after attending a concert. The Argentine, 29, was reported to be in a taxi on his way to the airport after watching singer Maluma perform. City said he “was in Holland on his day off and has sustained injuries”. A stampede at a Mumbai railway station during the morning rush hour has left 22 people dead and injured about 30, Indian officials report. The incident at Elphinstone station, which connects two of the city’s major local lines, was triggered by overcrowding and heavy rain, they said. Ghana Oil Company Limited (GOIL) has donated 70 specialised road barrier equipment to the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly to help it control traffic and assist in general road safety management within the metropolis. Seventy-six radio stations in Ghana are to pay in total, over a billion cedi in fines and penalties for committing what the country’s National Communications Authority (NCA) says are various infractions in their operational authorization permits. Radio station owners who failed to pay their application fees and or renew their application fees as well as those who failed to submit renewal documents are each fined GHC10,000 each day that the infraction persists.
