The Chairman of the Ghana Education Service (GES) Council, Michael Nsowah, says his outfit has not accredited any basic school in Togo to register pupils for the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE). In an interview on 3FM’s Sunrise morning show, Mr Nsowah noted that the curriculum is not an international curriculum unlike Cambridge and others; therefore, it is restricted to Ghanaians living and schooling in the country only. Some legal practitioners have posited that litigants may suffer irreparable damages if government fails to pay allowances of judges promptly. A senior lecturer at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) is asking the High Court in Winneba to place an injunction on Friday’s election of the school’s Pro-Vice Chancellor.
