The Ministry of Aviation has denied reports that it intends privatizing or selling the country’s only international airport, the Kotoka International Airport. A man and his lover were charged in a Meru court for screaming while having sex, inconveniencing members of the public. Chacha Mwita and Cynthia Mauhokha pleaded guilty to two charges facing them before resident magistrate Maureen Odhiambo. On Monday, April 15, the United States of America congratulated the Densu Oyster Pickers’ Association (DOPA) and the Development Action Association (DAA) for the successful completion of the second annual oyster harvesting closed season.  Located in the Tsokomey community of the Ga South Municipal Assembly, both are local, community-led, non-governmental organizations committed to protecting Ghana’s oyster stock.
