Former President John Mahama on Sunday took a trip to Swedru in the Central Region to visit prolific Ghanaian comic actor, Super OD, who he described as a friend.
Known for his roles in the popular local television series Akan Drama in the 1980s and 90s, the actor has for years been off the screens due to ill-health, which has confined him to a wheelchair.
Accompanied by some members of the National Democratic Congress, President Mahama shared pictures of himself and Super OD in a hearty conversation at the actor’s home.
“I was in Swedru on Sunday to visit my friend, the good old Super OD. He is such a good company always,” he captioned the pictures shared on his social media handles.
